The Construction Commencement Milestone clause defines the specific point at which construction activities are officially considered to have started under a contract. Construction Commencement Milestone the Construction Commencement Milestone shall be deemed to have occurred once and on the date that the construction of the foundations of the Condominium buildings has been initiated, which shall happen no later than on Q4 of year 2025 (the “Construction Commencement Milestone Deadline”) contingent upon the fulfillment of the Pre- sale Contingency outlined in Section 6 below of this Agreement.
Construction Commencement Milestone. Unless extended as provided in Section 4.3, the Construction Commencement Milestone shall be achieved one hundred eighty (180) days following the Procurement Contract Milestone Date (the "Construction Milestone Date"). If Buyer fails to achieve the Construction Commencement Milestone by the Construction Milestone Date, then Buyer shall provide a Remedial Action Plan to Seller and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to implement the Remedial Action Plan.
