Common use of Construction and Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Neither the Parties nor any of the Parties’ respective attorneys shall be deemed the drafter of this Settlement Agreement for purposes of interpreting any provision hereof in any judicial or other proceeding that may arise between or among them.
