Construction and Draw Requests. Neo LoftsCORAL VIEW shall be responsible for the construction of the Improvements substantially in accordance with the Construction Documents approved by the Director. Neo LoftsCORAL VIEW shall substantiate its expenditure of the Neo LoftsCORAL VIEW Contribution for the Improvements prior to the City approving any invoices for reimbursement to Neo LoftsCORAL VIEW of the Funding Amount.
