Common use of CONSTRUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE. (a) The Building will be constructed substantially in accordance with the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “A”. Lessee shall inspect the Leased Premises and shall accept the Leased Premises as long as they conform with the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “A.” (b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin construction of the finish out of the Leased Premises upon the Closing Date.
