Common use of Construction Account Clause in Contracts

Construction Account. The Trustee shall establish, maintain and hold in trust a separate account designated as the “Construction Account” and within the Construction Account, one or more subaccounts as established by the Supplemental Indenture with respect to each Series of Bonds. The moneys in the subaccounts of the Construction Account shall be disbursed by the Trustee as set forth in the Supplemental Indenture with respect to each Series of Bonds. Investment earnings on amounts on deposit in a subaccount of the Construction Account shall remain
