Construction Account. No later than 2:00 p.m. on the date specified in each Notice of Borrowing, if the applicable conditions precedent listed in Article 3 have been satisfied and to the extent Administrative Agent shall have received the appropriate funds from the Banks, Administrative Agent will make available the Loans requested in such Notice of Borrowing (or so much thereof as the Banks shall have approved pursuant to this Agreement) in Dollars and in immediately available funds, at Administrative Agent's New York Branch, and shall deposit such Loans into the Construction Account.
