Consortium Organization Structure Sample Clauses

The Consortium Organization Structure clause defines how the consortium will be organized and governed. It typically outlines the roles and responsibilities of each member, the decision-making processes, and the hierarchy or committees that may be established to manage the consortium’s activities. For example, it may specify the formation of a steering committee, designate a lead organization, or set out voting rights for key decisions. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of how the consortium operates, which helps prevent disputes and facilitates effective collaboration.
