Common use of Consortium Lead Default Clause in Contracts

Consortium Lead Default. If the Consortium Lead commits a material breach of its obligations under this Agreement, any Member may notify the Consortium Lead in writing. If the Consortium Lead fails to cure the breach within 30 calendar days after receipt of notice, the Member declaring default may, at its option, require the Consortium Lead to take all necessary actions to transition the administrative duties of the Consortium to one of the other Members, who will then assume the responsibilities of the Consortium Lead.
