CONSOLIDATED REPORT. No later than 10.00 a.m. on each Information Date, the relevant Administrative Agent shall provide the Management Company with the Individual Reports and the Consolidated Report for the immediately preceding Cut-Off Period in form and substance as provided in Schedule 15 of Appendix 1.
