Consolidated Application Clause Samples
Consolidated Application. For small cell networks involving Wireless Facilities that are substantially similar in design on multiple Structures and/or Infrastructure, Licensee may, in its discretion, file a consolidated application for utilization of multiple Structures and Infrastructure not to exceed 20 total sites, and upon approval by Licensor, the parties shall issue a separate Permit for each approved Structure and/or Infrastructure location. Licensee may submit no more than one consolidated application, or no more than 20 singular applications every 30 days.
Consolidated Application. For Applications involving the installation, modification, or replacement of multiple Wireless Facilities that are substantially similar in design on multiple Structures, Licensee may, in its discretion, file a consolidated Application for utilization of multiple Structures not to exceed 25 total sites, and upon approval by Licensor, the Licensor shall issue a separate Permit for each approved Structure. Licensee may submit no more than one consolidated Application, or no more than 25 singular Applications, within 30 days of submitting a previous Application.
