Common use of Consistent with M.S Clause in Contracts

Consistent with M.S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3, a retired employee of the State who receives 16 an annuity under a State retirement program may continue to participate in the health and 17 dental coverages offered through the Group Insurance Program. Retiree coverage must be 18 coordinated with Medicare.
