Common use of CONSIGNOR REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

CONSIGNOR REPRESENTATION. The Consignor hereby represents and warrants that the Consigner holds full title (or has received, in writing, the authorization to sell the Consigned Items by any necessary parties) to the Consigned Items.
