Consignment; Conditional Sale. Accounts that arise with respect to (i) goods that are placed on consignment, guarantied sale, sale-or-return, sale-on-approval or other terms by reason of which the payment by the Account Debtor is conditional; (ii) goods that have not been delivered to and accepted by the Account Debtor, (iii) services that have not been accepted by the Account Debtor, or (iv) a contingent sale;
