Common use of Consideration for the Assignment Clause in Contracts

Consideration for the Assignment. 2.1 As consideration for the assignment (the "CONSIDERATION"), ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ shall pay to RM Eastview on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 8.1) the amount of Eight Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Six Hundred ($832,600) Dollars. The Consideration shall be paid by the wiring of federal funds to such bank account as RM Eastview shall designate in writing at least two (2) business days prior to the Closing Date.
