Common use of Consideration Amount Clause in Contracts

Consideration Amount. The consideration for the contribution of the Assets shall be 348,000 Common Units (the “Consideration Amount”), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 2.4(b) and Section 10.2, payable as provided in Section 3.2 below.
