Conservation Operations hereunder and production of unitized substances shall be conducted to provide for the most economical and efficient recovery of said substances without waste, as defined by or pursuant to State or Federal law or regulation.
Rehabilitation The Employer may use the results of the drug and alcohol test to require the employee to successfully complete a rehabilitation plan.
Cardiac Rehabilitation This plan covers services provided in a cardiac rehabilitation program up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
Care If you will be traveling and know that you will require follow‐up care for an exist ing condition, contact 1‐800‐810‐BLUE. You will be given the names and addresses of nearby participating Physicians that you can contact to arrange the necessary follow‐up care. (Examples of follow‐up care include removal of stitches, removal of a cast, Physical Therapy, monitoring blood tests, and kidney dialysis.)
Cleanliness Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.
