Conservation Option Sample Clauses

Conservation Option. If the Conservation Option is the option elected pursuant to Section 13.3, then the Manager shall vote the Company’s interests in the Subsidiary in favor thereof, and shall take such actions as may be necessary or appropriate in connection with the Company’s contribution deduction as a result thereof.
