The Parties have identified specific conservation measures for boreal caribou in Labrador based on actions identified in the Recovery Strategy, provincial Recovery Plan and federal Action Plan. Measures have been identified under the following three categories: • Improving knowledge • Indigenous engagement and caribou guardianship; and • Protection of habitat.
