CONSEQUENCE OF MODIFICATIONS. In connection with any proposed modification, waiver, authorisation or determination permitted by the terms of this Deed or the Note Conditions, the Note Trustee shall not have regard to the consequences thereof for individual Noteholders resulting from their being for any purpose domiciled or resident in, or otherwise connected with, or subject to, the jurisdiction of any particular territory.
