Consents to Assign and Use Leased Premises. With respect to the leases disclosed in Schedule 3.14(b), Central Jersey will obtain all Consents necessary to transfer and assign all right, title and interest of Central Jersey to Kearny Bank and to permit the use and operation of the leased premises by Kearny Bank as of the Closing.

With respect to the leases disclosed in Schedule 3.14(b), North Penn will obtain all Consents necessary to transfer and assign all right, title and interest of North Penn to Xxxxx and to permit the use and operation of the leased premises by Xxxxx as of the Closing.
