Common use of Consents, Declaration and Directions Clause in Contracts

Consents, Declaration and Directions. The Company, the Trustee and any Agent shall, with respect to registered Securities, treat the person in whose name any Security is registered in the register maintained by the Registrar and, with respect to Bearer Securities, the Bearer thereof, as the Holder of such Security, for purposes of obtaining any consents, declarations, waivers or directions required to be given by the Holders pursuant to this Indenture.
