The Credit Parties shall have received any consents, licenses and approvals required in accordance with applicable law, or in accordance with any document, agreement, instrument or arrangement to which such Credit Party is a party, in connection with the execution, delivery, performance, validity and enforceability of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
