Common use of Consents and Waivers Clause in Contracts

Consents and Waivers. No consent or waiver, express or implied, by any party hereto of the breach, default or violation by any other party hereto of his obligations hereunder shall be deemed or construed to be a consent or waiver to or of any other breach, default or violation of the same or any other obligations of such party hereunder. Failure on the part of any party hereto to complain of any act of any of the other parties or to declare any of the other parties hereto in default, irrespective or how long such failure continues, shall not constitute a waiver by such party of his rights hereunder.
