Consents and Approvals of Third Parties. BMBC shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to obtain as soon as practicable all consents and approvals, necessary or desirable for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, BMBC’s obligations with respect to obtaining Regulatory Approvals shall be governed by Section 8.3.
