Common use of Consent to Transfer Clause in Contracts

Consent to Transfer. If the Proposed Transfer Notice specifies the Authority as the Proposed Substitute, the Material Project Contractor's consent to the transfer will be deemed to have been given. If the Proposed Substitute is not the Authority, a transfer in accordance with a Proposed Transfer Notice will only be effective if the Material Project Contractor consents to that transfer in writing in accordance with Section 4.3 and the Authority will (as soon as practicable) supply the Material Project Contractor with the following information:

Consent to Transfer. ‌ If the Proposed Transfer Notice specifies the Authority as the Proposed Substitute, the Material Project Contractor's consent to the transfer will be deemed to have been given. If the Proposed Substitute is not the Authority, a transfer in accordance with a Proposed Transfer Notice will only be effective if the Material Project Contractor consents to that transfer in writing in accordance with Section 4.3 and the Authority will (as soon as practicable) supply the Material Project Contractor with the following information:

If the Proposed Transfer Notice specifies the Authority as the Proposed Substitute, the Material Project Contractor's Design- Builder’s consent to the transfer will be deemed to have automatically been given. If the Proposed Substitute is not the Authority, a transfer in accordance with a Proposed Transfer Notice will only be effective if the Material Project Contractor Design-Builder consents to that transfer in writing in accordance with Section 4.3 4.3, and the Authority will (as soon as practicable) supply the Material Project Contractor Design- Builder with the following information:
