Common use of Consent to Registration Clause in Contracts

Consent to Registration. Subject to the other provisions of ----------------------- this Article IV, each party consents to the other parties' use of a copy of this Agreement to evidence the other parties' express consent to registration of the party's trademarks, if necessary to obtain or maintain a registration of such trademark in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any other pertinent governmental agency in any country or group of countries; and further will take any other necessary action that any other party may reasonably request to express or confirm such consent.
