Consent to Managers' Powers Sample Clauses

Consent to Managers' Powers. Subject to the provisions of this Operating Agreement, the Members hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that by the execution of this Operating Agreement they consent to all of the rights, power and authority of the Managers under this Operating Agreement, to the free and unrestricted exercise thereof and to the doing of any act that the Managers have the right, power or authority to do under this Operating Agreement.
