Common use of Consent to Ground Leasehold Mortgages Clause in Contracts

Consent to Ground Leasehold Mortgages. The District acknowledges that this Ground Lease and all of the Tenant’s rights and interests in the Project Site may be encumbered without the District’s consent and that this Ground Lease, any new lease executed pursuant to part (f) of this Section and all Ground Leasehold Mortgages shall be prior to all mortgages or other lien instruments encumbering the District’s interest in the Project Site.
