Consent to Change of Contractor. Any entity into which Contractor may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, any entity resulting from any merger or consolidation to which Contractor is a party, or any entity succeeding to the business of Contractor without first obtaining the prior written approval of the Administrator of the DOP and the Idaho State Board of Examiners.
