Consent Order. (1) The Parties will consent to an order in each of the Courts amending and merging the original claims as set out in Section 4.01 and 4.02 of this Agreement. (2) For greater certainty, the order consented to in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice will not amend or merge the Cloud Class Action.
