Common use of Consent of Spouse Clause in Contracts

Consent of Spouse. If the Participant is married as of the date of this Agreement, the Participant’s spouse shall execute a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.

Consent of Spouse. If the Participant is married as of the date of this Agreement, the Participant’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A heretoattached hereto as Appendix II, effective as of on the date hereof. Such Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Restricted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant marries should marry or remarries remarry subsequent to the date hereofof this Agreement, the Participant shall, not later than shall within 60 days thereafter, thereafter obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.Appendix II.

Consent of Spouse. If the Participant Employee is married as of the date of this Agreement, the ParticipantEmployee’s spouse shall execute a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A B hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant Employee marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Employee shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in Section 12.2 of this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.B.

If the Participant marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s 's acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s 's executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.Attachment II.

If the Participant Purchaser is married as of the date of this Agreement, the ParticipantPurchaser’s spouse shall execute a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Purchased Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant Purchaser marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Purchaser shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.A hereto.

If the Participant Officer is married as of the date of this Agreement, the Participant’s Officer's spouse shall execute a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A B hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant Officer marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Officer shall, not later than 60 sixty (60) days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s 's acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s 's executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.B.

If the Participant marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her the new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.

If the Participant Employee is married as of the date of this Agreement, the Participant’s Employee's spouse shall execute a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A B hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant Employee marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Employee shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s 's acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in Section 12.2 of this Agreement by such spouse’s 's executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.B.

Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.C.

If the Participant Employee is married as of the date of this Agreement, the Participant’s Employee's spouse shall execute a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A EXHIBIT B hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant Employee marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Employee shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s 's acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in Section 12.2 of this Agreement by such spouse’s 's executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.B.

Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant Officer marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Officer shall, not later than 60 sixty (60) days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s 's acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s 's executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.B.

If the Participant Employee marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Employee shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.A hereto.

Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant shall, not later than 60 sixty days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.C.

If the Participant Employee marries or remarries subsequent to the date hereof, the Participant Employee shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in Section 12(b) of this Agreement by such spouse’s executing and delivering a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A.B.
