Subcontractor must provide notice to and obtain signed consents from its personnel who are subject to these requirements to release to JCI, at JCI’s request, the results of any Substance Testing performed. Subcontractor is responsible for providing notices and obtaining consent for the disclosure of any personnel’s personal information to JCI, and JCI’s use of that personal information, to the extent such notices and consent are required by applicable privacy and data protection laws.
