Connection Right Clause Samples

A Connection Right clause grants a party the legal authority to establish and maintain a physical or virtual connection to a specified system, network, or infrastructure. This may include the right to connect equipment, access data streams, or interface with a service provider’s network for the duration of an agreement. Such clauses are commonly used in telecommunications, utility, or IT service contracts to ensure that one party can reliably access necessary resources. The core function of this clause is to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, thereby supporting the operational needs of the party relying on the connection and preventing disputes over access rights.
