Connection Fee Sample Clauses

Connection Fee. As consideration for the license granted by TCSD herein for connection to the TCSD System, Connectee shall pay to TCSD a connection fee in the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($6,600) (“Connection Fee”) per each equivalent residential unit (“ERU”), as further defined in the TCSD Wastewater Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Attachment 4 and incorporated by this reference. For purposes of this Agreement, TCSD shall allow one (1) ERU to include up to three (3) bedrooms per residential unit.
