Conjunctive Agreements Sample Clauses

A Conjunctive Agreements clause requires that multiple specified conditions or obligations must all be satisfied for a particular contractual outcome to occur. In practice, this means that if a contract states that certain deliverables, approvals, or actions must be completed, none of the related rights or benefits are triggered unless every listed requirement is met. This clause ensures that parties cannot claim performance or enforcement based on partial fulfillment, thereby promoting comprehensive compliance and reducing ambiguity about when obligations are considered fully discharged.
Conjunctive Agreements. (a) The native title parties and the explorer may at any time during the term enter into an indigenous land use agreement or, if applicable, an agreement under the right to negotiate procedure which relates both: (i) to some or all of the authorised exploration tenements; and (ii) to other exploration authorities, production tenements and/or miscellaneous purposes licences whether granted or to be granted and whether wholly or partially within the acceptance area or not. (b) If the circumstances referred to in clause 4.5(a) occur, the accepted exploration contract terminates as regards the authorised exploration tenements referred to in that clause immediately upon the relevant agreement being entered into.
