Congressional District. Enter the number of the Congressional District where the applicant organization is physically located. The Congressional District that you enter here must match with the Congressional District that shown in the Business Information section of your organization’s XXX (System for Award Management) record Use the following format: two-character State Abbreviation-three-character District Number. For example, if your organization is located in the 5th Congressional District of California, enter "CA-005."
