Congoleum. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries will not make any amendments or changes to the Congoleum Plan, the Congoleum Plan Note and the Congoleum Plan Trust without the prior written consent of the Agent if the effect of such amendment or change would be to increase the obligations of the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries.
