Conformity with Phase Schedule. Builder shall use its reasonable ------------------------------ best efforts to cause each Phase to be completed in all respects in conformity with the Phase Schedule. Builder shall prepare and deliver to Owner monthly progress reports setting forth the actual construction progress achieved during such month and from the beginning of the Phase to date, and comparison thereof to scheduled construction progress for the same period and sales reports setting forth the actual sales consummated and escrows closed during such month and from the beginning of the Phase to date.
