Common use of Conforming Use Clause in Contracts

Conforming Use. Lessee covenants and agrees to use the Aircraft only -------------- for the purposes and in the manner set forth in any application for insurance executed in connection with the leased Aircraft, to abide by and conform to, and cause others to abide by and to, all present and future federal, state, municipal, and other laws, ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations, controlling or in any way affecting the operation, use, or occupancy of the Aircraft or the use of any airport premises by the Aircraft.
