Conforming Amendments/Conflicts. Lender and Borrowers agree that the Loan Documents are amended hereby wherever necessary to conform to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the terms and conditions contained in the Loan Documents, the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall control.
