Common use of Conflicts and Severability Clause in Contracts

Conflicts and Severability. To the extent that any terms in the attached proposal conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control and supersede such conflicting terms in the attached proposal, to the extent of such conflict. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this Agreement is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
