There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 2018-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 2018-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182017-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182017-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182021-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182021-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182023-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182023-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182020-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182020-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182019-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182016-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182012-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182012-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182016-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182016-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20182019-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182019-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20182021-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
