Conflict with Sample Clauses
A "Conflict with" clause defines how to resolve situations where there is inconsistency or contradiction between different documents or provisions within an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which document or section will take precedence if a conflict arises, such as prioritizing the main contract over appendices or external policies. By establishing a clear hierarchy, the clause ensures that parties know which terms govern in the event of discrepancies, thereby preventing confusion and potential disputes.
