CONFLICT OF AGREEMENT WITH LAW, IMPAIRMENT. A. In the event that any provision in this Agreement conflicts with the Code or other statute, this Agreement shall be modified to conform to such law. No resolution of either party to this Agreement shall impair the rights of the CEO or the Jurisdiction hereunder without the consent of the other party to this Agreement.
