Conflict; Consent Sample Clauses

Conflict; Consent. The execution, delivery, and performance of this Guaranty does not, and shall not, conflict with, breach, or result in a default under any material agreement between Guarantor and any Person. No consent of any Person, including any Governmental Authority, is required before Guarantor may lawfully enter into this Guaranty.
