Confirmation sheet Sample Clauses
A Confirmation Sheet clause establishes the requirement for a separate document that summarizes key terms and details of a transaction or agreement. Typically, this sheet is prepared and exchanged between parties after the main contract is signed, listing specifics such as dates, quantities, prices, or other negotiated terms. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of the essential deal points, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over the agreed terms.
