Confirmation Preparation and Distribution. To the extent confirmation of a particular transaction is required by federal securities laws, NFS shall generate a written confirmation for such purchase, redemption, or exchange transaction for Fund transactions processed through NFS. Such confirmation shall be distributed to Shareholders in written or electronic format through or on behalf of the Brokerage Channels.
