Common use of Confirmation of Trades Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Trades. Stock exchange regulations may in certain instances prevent the executing broker-dealer from delivering to the Client a confirmation slip with respect to its participation in the aggregated transaction. Except to the extent the Client directs otherwise, through custodial agreements or as required by law, Advisor will not be responsible for forwarding confirmations of any transactions effected for the Client.
