Confirmation of Oral Instructions/ Security Devices. Any Instructions delivered to Bank by telephone will promptly thereafter be confirmed in writing by an Authorized Person. Each confirmation is to be clearly marked “Confirmation.” Bank will not be liable for having followed such Instructions notwithstanding the failure of an Authorized Person to send such confirmation in writing or the failure of such confirmation to conform to the telephone Instructions received.
