Common use of Confirmation Letter Clause in Contracts

Confirmation Letter. At any time after the Expansion A Effective Date, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto, as a confirmation of the information set forth therein with respect to Expansion Space A, which Tenant shall execute and return to Landlord within five (5) business days after receiving it. If Tenant fails to execute and return (or reasonably object in writing to) such notice within five (5) business days after receiving it, Tenant shall be deemed to have executed and returned it without exception.

At any time after the Expansion A Effective Date, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit D C attached hereto, as a confirmation of the information set forth therein with respect to Expansion Space Atherein, which Tenant shall execute and return to Landlord within five (5) business days after receiving it. If Tenant fails to execute and return (or reasonably object in writing to) such notice within five (5) business days after receiving it, Tenant shall be deemed to have executed and returned it without exception.

If Tenant fails to execute and return (or reasonably object in writing to) such notice within five (5) business days after receiving it, Tenant shall be deemed to have executed and returned it without exception.
